The achievements are simply craft x level 1 or greater things in the meseta pso2 world x. (you most likely want to attempt and balance arms/legs/rear though, because there is 1 set of achievements that does not care what you craft, then 3 groups which are part specific) only keep in mind that crafting advancement is about a per character basis, so remember which char you're performing it on (and make sure you're performing techs on a different char so that you may have booth on cooldown in parallel)
You mention tipping. How can one do this? I requested techs yesterday and received no soda up to leave a hint or anything. Also, some players will have a lot of grinders in their personal shop at a higher cost. Those are intended for clients to buy to provide a tip. I have seen some setting up their store counter, the gacha machine or the kudos counter close to the craft one. I mean a tip is a suggestion, entirely discretionary, sometimes people will sit in their PQ to cool and you'd trade meseta (notice that this is for prem only) If you're a f2p participant and need to tip, you can use private shop and tip at either naverius,lilipa,amduskia, or even earth crystals set at 1000 meseta to help us reroll for better rolls.
I'm not positive whether the amduskia ones have been broken, me and buddy did not have them the other evening and so were getting drops, we thought we found a crafter using RDR5 and we crafted all three piece and it's been 4 days and we had 0 drops and always the maximum quantity of boosters were used together with this. *it was supposedly additional triboost for premium player and ... No fall. Amduskia definitely functions.
Whats the percent on RDR up?
Wait either you dont know what you're talking about or I am wrong but naverius/lilipa should not boost ultimate quests since at level 30 you unlock ultimate timed abilitys. Then whats the point of the ultimate time abilitys? Or the innovative quest ones when you're able to merely use the world specific ones? So its ideal to go for planet ones since they give assault stat bonus in addition to the primary effect and operate for UQs as nicely for the particular planet I had this specific question initially and it was killing me I couldn't find the answer until lately. I even grinded my TA crafting level to 30 to find out but, surprise, you can not even craft the cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta Planet Ult TAs yet due to needing Gold-X materials which only come from 13* units or Craft store which we do not have.
