Fantastic review. With that being said I understood what it was from the hop. Didn't even purchase madden 20 until it was 19.99. This year I don't even know if that's worth it. I'd like to go to midnight sales for this match, used to Madden 21 coins be this excited for it to release. I don't have any hope that this game will change for the near future, however I will try it for next GEN when I buy my PS5 solely for online H2H and nothing else. I do not even have to play the sport to learn how awful it is anymore, at this speed it's expected. And it's funny when folks get mad at that. They think we are just haters, but in reality we just want a good game to keep us wanting to play... However, like everything in life, it has to come to a conclusion and I think madden has reached there.
My friend bought it at launch for $60.00, and he match shares with me on PS. Convinced myself to buy it in my Xbox for $20.00 after an elongated break, and repent it on 3 days later. Will not be buying 21, since I get angry enough at 20 for it is bullshit. It's simply not going to change person, they're strictly about the revenue and they don't care how blatantly it seems. If they could come out and say"hello we only want your money" without any consequences they would do exactly that.
Face of this franchise is far better than their previous story manners, but not by far. I truly hated your choices didn't matter. He always disrespects the player character, and you're forced to become buddy buddy with him no matter what. I enjoy how going to college came with a name change into College Player, pretty cool.
Oh and also the gameplay. Getting trapped on rookie is so dull. I needed to sim games after the first quarter, just playing offense, because otherwise the game will never end. And I really don't know whether it's a glitch, but one match compelled me to cheap Madden nfl 21 coins perform the whole game. I literally just tried to run across the field to kill clock. I didn't even get the controller on defense. It just auto played. Game ended 100-0. It literally played with itself. Rookie mode is brain dead mode. Oh and also the heavily promoted combine? It is just the 40 plus a throwing drill. (For QB and WR, not sure about running back). Along with the 40 is just 3 quick time buttons, which don't affect anything so long as you hit them.
